• By placing order for any (or some, or all) of our services, you agree to have understood & abide by the following terms and conditions.
• The word “Day(s)” mentioned anywhere in the websites denotes working days and does not include weekends.
• ‘Package’ and ‘Project’ denotes the job(s) ordered by you.
• In this note, ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ denotes SEO plus IM and its representatives (where applicable). ‘You’ denotes our clients, individuals and/or organizations.
• We are offering our services for submissions only. We shall fill up the required online form of the various directories ONLY ONCE on behalf of you and submit them for approval.
• We guarantee you 100% Directory Submission, but approval, acceptance and listing on the directory is at the sole discretion of the directory administrator and/or editor and is beyond our domain of responsibility.
• The time period for any of the package, as mentioned in the webpage, DOES NOT create any binding on us. Ideally, the job mentioned in the package should be completed within the given time period. But a failure to maintain the time limit, for any reason, will not create any charge on us.
• Pagerank denotes Google Pagerank.
• We shall quote the Pagerank of a website at that instance while we perform the designated job on/with the website. After the job, if the pagerank of that website changes, we will not be held liable by any means.
• We shall perform social bookmarking service and article submission service using only our own user accounts. Creation of dedicated user accounts will require extra setup fees.
• After the final report has been received and acknowledged by you on completion of the ordered project, we shall not be responsible in any way if the directory or the other website(s) does not open or changes its functionality or de-lists you later on.
• You agree that you are above 18 yrs or the legal age of your country to get involved in monetary transaction(s).
• You claim and agree to be the owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the actual owner of the website(s), we shall work with/on/upon, and agree to take full responsibility of the information provided to us.
• You agree that the information provided to us by you is by no means abusive, pornographic, detrimental or derogatory.
• You agree that you are solely responsible for the correctness and lawfulness of the information provided by you.
• You agree that the information provided by you can by no means be classified as a “Spam”.
• While submitting the site, we represent us as your agent and can take any decision on your behalf.
• You agree that you shall not create/impose/transfer any kind of charge/fee/penalty on us.
• You agree that you shall bear any and every charge(s), if any, imposed/created on your website by anyone / any organization / website authority.
• Any or some or all clauses of these terms and conditions is/are liable to change at any point of time without prior notice and new term(s) will be implemented immediately after the change.
